Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 19, 2025 

1. Booking & Payment

   • A Deposit or full payment is required to secure your spot
   • Final payments must be made by the due date stated in your booking confirmation. 
   • Prices are listed per person or per cabin, depending on your selection. 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

   • You may cancel your trip by notifying us in writing. 
   • Refunds (if any) will depend on how far in advance you cancel. 
   • If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, we will offer a refund or credit toward a future trip. 

3. Changes to Itinerary

   • The itinerary is subject to change at the captain’s discretion due to weather or safety conditions. 
   • We’ll do our best to communicate any changes promptly. 

4. Health & Travel Requirements

   • All guests must be in reasonably good health and able to participate in the activities. 
   • It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents, including passports and visas if required. 

5. Liability

   • You participate in this trip at your own risk. 
   • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence. 

6. Guest Conduct

   • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. 
   • We reserve the right to remove any guest from the trip without refund if their behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. 

7. Media Release

   • By participating, you give us permission to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the trip.
